Why would you need a visa extension if your visa is still valid? Do you mean for example, they have to exit every 6 months but the validly goes beyond the 6 month mark? I'm not sure about that to be honest. My understanding is that a visitor record is to be applied for as an extension after visa...

Hi, you can apply for visitor record. It is basically an extension request for visitor visa. If you submit the request for visitor record and the current via expires, your parents can still stay here under implied status.

I was on mat leave when I put in my application. Unfortunately, we lost our child before he was born. They are asking for additional document relating to the child, they assume he was born. They are asking for birth certificate, redoing the financial assessment plus one addition to the family...

How do you link your paper application to ecas?? I don't see an option for that when I go to my account.
