How long does it takes to receive surrender certificate once the status shows Surrender certificate has been printed on Passpoer Seva website ?

how long did it took them to reply for your update request, i have sent 2 requests already and haven't received any reply yet

They charged me that $5 for updates and $4 for photo copied even tho i already provided them the photo copies. I realized it after, i sent email fro the refund of those extra charges . they refunded me Via cheque , i have to go there to collect the cheque

from where did you get the updates, did you called them or raised a update request ?

Just got off the phone from Passport Canada, they told me that my file is not in the system yet. I submitted my application walk-in through service Canada on 31 march 2022, I don’t understand how come it’s not in the system yet.

Hello, I just checked my status for Surrender certificate . In passport seva website the status shows - Surrender certificate has been granted and is available for issuance and in BLS tracking status still shows Processing at Consulate general . I Dont understand why status shows different...
