Maybe a day earlier if you choose pickup., not much difference . Do cehck pickup timings before you go, as they have a specific pickup time i guess its 3pm to 4pm

I applied surrender certificate at Bls brampton in person , it took around 40 days for my surrender certificate to arrive. I chose courier delivery for my surrender certificate .
