That's weird. Their application has already been approved. Some people said they were re-issued the ppr and they submitted their passports later.

Me. Applied on 9th July 2021 (outland spousal sponsorship). Still waiting for the magical email

I believe IMM 5406 is filled only if you have more than five dependants on your application. IMM 5669 is background declaration required for the spouse. As far as I can see on the guide, there is only very minor difference in the two applications. You have to mention UCI of non-accompanying spouse.

Bro, I had a non-accompanying spouse at the time I applied for PR. I was married almost 4 years ago. At that time, I had no plans of immigrating to Canada, Hope this clears up the situation

Yup. I signed in the mosque where our Nikah was concluded and out of respect nobody took pics. In worst case, Nikah khwan can write an affidavit affirming to that.

Like I said, I do have pics of my wife signing Nikah Nama. But no pics of me signing. Pics of all other events, we have most of them.

Hello everyone Just a quick question... The date of marriage on my URDU Nikah nama is written incorrectly. Molvi (Nikah khawan) is suggesting to simply make correction on original Nikah Nama and re-submit corrected copy to Union Council. Is this right? Need suggestions. Thank you
