    Both the PA and the dependent has to pay both the processing fee (550 CAD) and RPRF (490 CAD). Dependent children on application do NOT need to pay RPRF. Also, for children, the processing fee is discounted to 150 CAD. So, for a family of 3, the fee would be 1040 + 1040 + 150 = 2230 CAD.
