If the NOC is not eligible the 'success rate' as you put it is 0! You might want to look into some provincial programmes.

It all depends. It's best if you do a research on the job market in any province that you are aiming for. Once you get into Canada there would be so many other cards on the table that you can play with. You can change your school, you can change your major, change your province, get a job offer...

You might want to go with her legal name / her name on the passport for all the fields. But it's best if you discuss this with a professional. Maybe a lawyer! Good luck.

You might want to post your query in Federal Skilled Worker programme section on this website. This is for CEC (Canadian Experience Class) applicants. And in order to become eligible for this class you need at least 1 year of work experience in Canada. Good luck.

I agree with Hope1957. Read their website first. And no there is no specific wage rate. As long as your wage is not under minimum at it makes sense regarding to your occupation.

Hey mate, there is not much you can do but wait like the rest of us. If you are really really worried then I would suggest you order your GCMS notes. It'll take for about a month to get delivered. To be honest at this stage all you can do is to wait. We're all waiting. I did my medicals on 8th...
