If your job occupation is not eligible for CEC what are the option for you and what class you can apply after 1 year of work
What is the success rate and time period for that ?

If anybody got some experiance please share that ?

If the NOC is not eligible the 'success rate' as you put it is 0! You might want to look into some provincial programmes.

Difficult to respond to this without knowing the occupation or province.

If the job is not classified as skilled, then your options are somewhat limited. Some provincial programs (not all) include semi-skilled options.
