I was 18. My school graduation date was 30th June. My Uni start date was 3 September.

This is what my medical doctor's website is asking for "Please remember to bring your photo ID /Passport with you and your form with the IME or UCI number. " On my ITA message, I dont see my IME or UCI number? Can some one guide me here?
