Upfront medical

I wanted to submit my applicatiom today but in my checklist, the application is asking for upfront medical.

I thought i could take it after i submit. I have an appointment this week but no paper trial.

Is there anyway i can submit the application?

My doctor's office is asking for “IME” or “UCI” number. I cant find it anywhere?

I thought we got that number after application submission.

If you've applied for work/study/visitor permit you should have your UCI number.

I only have the Express Entry Profile number. I never applied for any work/stufy/visitor permit- I am going for permanent residence Express Entry.

Can you pls elaborate, I am getting super confused now.

Call the clinic and tell them that you want to do an upfront medical and that you don't have nor will you get those numbers.

Take the ITA letter your received in addition to your passport. The tracking sheet you will be given after the test contains a UMI number and a barcode which will link to your eMedical account.

You don't need to give them any other numbers.

If your clinic doesn't know about all that, find another one.
