thanks for following up, could you tell what is written on your Korean PCC that you submitted? is it background check (criminal records) certificate (신원조사(범죄경력)증명서) or criminal (investigation) records check report (범죄· 수사경력 회보서)

I wish I knew an answer, but I am not sure what is the best course of action at this point. The are no official instructions how to handle such cases as far as I know. I guess that providing some explanation is better because of the current situation.

Looks like Korea renamed certificates from February 13, 2024 and foreigners can only get ""criminal (investigation) records check report (범죄· 수사경력 회보서)" which is different from what IRCC website says is needed ...
