No, I'm not wrong and that is not what you said. Your statement: This is wrong. A person can work after graduation and before applying for PGWP.

I think I found the answer, "As long as you apply for the PGWP before your study permit expires you will have implied status." So if I've got study permit which allows me to work and I apply for PGWP before study permit end I just keep working legally until I get PGWP.

Pooky, is your PGWP still valid? Until when? You can change jobs under the PGWP, but your (new) employer will have to apply for an LMO for you to get a new work permit BEFORE your PGWP expires...
