I wish to ask if correspondence letter is given before eligibility review or after?

Me that didn't recieve any correspondence letter but my eligibility review has started for like 3 weeks now, almost a month

Yeah I agree. Because mine too doesn't update It only shows biometrics updated since June but nothing else but on the secure account it shows eligibility is under review

How about us that applied in June or those in March It's tiring but nothing one can do but pray and wait

I don't even remember but I guess either July or August

Nop they just sent me a message showing they've updated my address since I moved to a new place and I wrote them through webform. Atleast I know they are working on my document
