Most at times they will keep telling you thier agents are busy

When that happens I simply call them back every 20 minutes or so. My spouse called earlier this morning and she was able to get a call back, so keep trying

Same for you. Give them a call.. I had a similar situation on my initial study permit. When I called they were able to tell me what the decision was. But I had to wait for it to be updated on the portal.

Yes I tried to call and the current waiting time is around 1 Hour 27 minutes so i request a Callback hope they will call me back

I called them. The agent said that she cant tell me how long it will take. It is up to the immigration office

I don’t know what’s the IRCC doing. There’s no update for March applicants with the combination of study permit and sowp extension. Everyone is frustrated and anxious. Please speed up, IRCC!
