It says all completed but the application status states "In Progress" even in ECAS it says In Progress since July 2021

I got mine in 2 weeks during January 2021 time. But, it is getting delayed very badly upto 4-6 weeks. You can request Oath officer to make it fast by picking from Service Canada with valid reason

Your timelines are same as mine. I am a montreal applicant. No move since the test completed in the tracker. All checks are complete but still there is no DM. Still it shows In Progress. God knows what's going on with our applications
