Just got off a call with an agent and she said my medical has not been extended! I'm so confused - webform reply says it was extended, agent on phone says not extended, web portal says "You don't need a medical exam". @legalfalcon Can you share any info on which is more accurate? Is webform...

Just received a web form reply for IRCC about medicals. The agent has stated that "The medicals on file have been extended" but on the web portal I still see "You do not need a medical exam". Is that normal? I was under the impression that when meds are extended the new date will show up.

Thank you! I'm trying not to think about it so much and move on with life but it's getting more and more difficult as days go by. Really hoping we all get some good news soon.

That’s great. So you didn’t see it on your application but officer verified that the biometrics you’ve previously given will exempt you? I don’t see anything on my application as well but I provided biometrics when I applied for study permit in 2018.

This is so weird. I gave my biometrics when I moved to Canada as a student in 2018 but when I check on this link it says “Status: Not Applicable, We did not find any biometrics for the information you provided”. Anyone else in the same boat?

    understanding GCMS notes

Hi all, I have a question regarding my R10. One of the police certificates I needed to provide was for Singapore. And as per their guidelines I needed a request letter from IRCC to apply for it. So when I submitted my documents for PR instead of the Police certificate I uploaded a request...

Hey, I got the same thing in a web from response as well. I ordered GCMS notes and found out that my eligibility was set to met by a Case Processing Agent and has not been reviewed by an Officer yet. Eligibility happens in two steps. First the Case Processing Agent makes a recommendation (met...

Oh I see! Thank you for explaining that. My notes say that a Case Processing Agent has marked my eligibility as Met. So I guess I will have to wait until it is passed by an officer for Security to start.
