If you are eligible for SDS you don’t need show additional financial documents such as ITR.

The real question is why were you still waiting till now when both medicals and biometrics were done before? You only need to visit the vfs for passport submission which is not necessary as per last update. You can now courier your passport for stamping from Delhi vfs.

India is among the list of designated country where medicals is mandatory. And please stop providing misinformation from unofficial websites. Official Canada immigration website clearly mentions India in the list. Edit:The link you provided is not even talking about the designated countries...
