That “may” instead of “must” indicates that it might be only for specific cases. Anyway from my personal experience, they don’t ask for your medical reports at the PoE.

Thanks, i think only vfs delhi accept the passport submission because my passport was picked up yesterday from Bangalore and the tracking shows it reached Delhi today.

Congrats on your approval ash!! You need to send your currrent and valid passport only in the package. It is clearly mentioned in the final email from vfs after the 2-way payment. I submitted mine yesterday.

Date does not matter i think as i put the date as Dec10th, but i got my payment link on Dec4th and pickup date as Dec5th.

No need for raising a webform for doing bio in a different country. It is clearly mentioned in biometrics request letter that you can do it from anywhere as per your convenience. I have done my biometrics from Dubai on Nov2nd and got my BVL and PPR on Nov27th, bluedart picked up my passport...
