Hi Dear My timelines are also same as urs ... U can check the same on the left side of it .... No as per my knowledge u do not get any e mail update on the 2nd line upate in ur ECAS ... So u have check ur ECAS daily ... & also it is not obvious that it would get change on Tuesdays only ... It...

Dear the second line update is when u are about to get ur MR which says We started Processing ur Aapplication on ...........???? & within a week of it u get the MR request ... So this is what ECAS second line update says .....

This again shows the Other VO is gng at fast pace rather than Warsaw .... Lets hope Warsaw ... Would do the same at the earliest ..... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Sorry Dear to hear abt ur case but what we i could recommend u to either wait for the things to happen ... May be they would update u regarding the same & meanwhile u can apply for Express Entry System So that if in case u receive ur file back u still have something in hand going on ..... :)...
