I am waiting for AOR though my file has transferred to Warsaw as per CIC call center agent in jan.-15. What to do ? Do Warsaw go send AOR to all applicants ? I m confused. It has been two months since I got PER and yet to get any update .

Hi All,

I got AOR mail from Warsaw Poland. Below is my timeline:-

Application received date: 21st Nov 2014
PER: 13th Feb 2015
AOR: 17th March 2015.

Any idea how long Warsaw VO takes to send medical request?

Dear Congratts for ur AOR ... Since u have sent file in Nov.2014 so here MR for October Files are still awaiting .... So u can expect ur MR somewhere Around April Last week for May Mid .... Keeep Patience & Enjy ur AOR .....

Was wondering if it's possible for you to copy the MR email content received from WVO for help of other forumites (of course you can delete any personal data form the same)

The reason I ask this is:

If our VO would have not been changed to WVO, we had to send MR receipt, PCC, RPRF details etc. to the Canadian embassy in Shanthi Path, New Delhi.

However, since our VO was updated to WVO, do we need to send a courier to Poland with all the requested details? :-\ Or do we scan and send the documents via email/CSE ? Anything mentioned in the MR email about this?

VFS will come to rescue, brother We will need to send docs to the VFS and they will forward or whatsoever.

You can do upfront medicals if you think so, at the time of medical request you need to submit the proof of medical.

If the doctor works with the eMedical electronic system:

they will give you an up-front medical notification printout.

If the doctor works with a paper system:

they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.

Need advice on the below

I have received AOR from Warsaw Visa Office and thinking of Up-Front Medical Exam
Because we are planning for baby and not sure how time will take for Warsaw VO to initiate Medical Request.

Noticed that Warsaw VO is slow in processing MR and My wife can't take Medical Tests if she is pregent in by that time.

Please suggest.
