GCKEY in your account with Government of Canada , you can link you application through it and track your application status in details. its recommended to have an GCKEY account make things easy and fast especially if IRCC ask you for additional documents

Medial Exam include Physical Examination like Weight, check you heart and vision, blood pressure ..etc , X-ray and laboratory Test IRCC will send you a letter via email to do the exam you should print it and take with you also they will give some instructions on the letter and what to bring...

Line2 in your timeline is not AOR2 its just an update that they sent you a biometric letter. Once they start processing your application they will add it to your timeline as line 2 “i.e we started processing your application on (date)” this is line 2 which is aor2. this happened to me i have 3...
