What is your correct aor date? If you submitted on 13th then your aor cannot be on 7th of same month..

Please call IRCC and ask them to send office a note that application is past regular processing time. Same situation as you but April 2022. LPP was completed within 48 hours of call. Can’t be a coincidence.
