gap no bigger than 5 years since H.S, i'm not looking for a specific field, just a 2 year college course that'll make me in demand for canadian employers

you said employers hire you on the basis of previous work experience and education, there is no difference between a 4 year and 1 year degree as in the end you will be qualified to work in the respective jobs you were being trained and educated for, your experience hiring a couple hundred people...

i have no will to keep going in my current field of work and to get my degree and work experience recognized in canada i need to pass exams which are impossible to pass for me, so assume that i am a 18 year old high school graduate, what difference would it make wether it's a 1 year degree or 4...

i know this is old, but WES requires transcripts to be sealed and sent directly from the instution and translated on top of that... how am i going to get it translated if it's sealed ? how do i get another transcript knowing that i have the original one and it's well written that it cant be...
