Can anyone please post their experience. I received Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter in December 2015 but I didn't submit it then and now I would like to look into canada options, if available. My score is 435.

Hello can please someone clarify? If I need to have job offer from Ontario to apply Nomination from Ontario - I received Interest Letter from Ontario on Dec 11 under my CIC, but I am not sure if I need job offer ON Canada. I don't have job offer. Thanks
