I would like to request your input to clarify that if I am eligible for this OONP program

Application submitted for EE on December 9th.

Question: I received provincial interest letter under my CIC accounts on December 11. Should I apply for this OONP program even if
I don't have any work experience in Canada?

My work experience is all from US as I am on H1b for last 6 years.

So far my profile looks like this

CRS - Human Capital - Age 110

At 435, OINP is your best shot at an ITA. Strongly recommend that you proceed with that application. Many members have reported receiving Ontario invite and subsequent nomination without having any ties to Ontario/Canada.

Unrelated question : I did my 12th grade in India and bachelors in USA but didn't get my 10th and 12th transcripts evaluated for EE purpose. I only provided my college transcripts which are equivalent for canadian 4 year college degree.

Do you think adding high school marks evaluted will add to my score?

Only your highest degree needs evaluation and is considered, in your case its Bachelor's. So you are good to go.

If I need to have job offer from Ontario to apply Nomination from Ontario - I received Interest Letter from Ontario on Dec 11 under my CIC, but I am not sure if I need job offer ON Canada. I don't have job offer.

Need assistance

I have been invited under opnp and now need to write a letter expressing my eagerness to reside in ontario, i need some suggestions on the same, i dont have any close family there, but do some distance relatives and old school friend.

can some one outline the structure i.e topics which i need to cover in this letter and what are the recommended word limits.

If some one can share a format with me that would be great, i could share my email id for that ...

No need for work experience or job offer in Ontario/Canada to apply for OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream.
