if your diabetic, you will do an extra test for your kidneys. serum creatinine. if your diabetes is controlled, you will have no problems.

Just bring any prescription medication they are taking and also their medical reports (if available) for the BP and diabetes. Although, I don't think the panel physician will need the medical reports but just in case.

Have u done with your Medical?? If yes them better tell VO if no..they will find out at Medical test about your diabetes..!! don't worry,this is not a major problem and many canadain are suffering from it.

your dad has CKD stage 3 so he must have either Diabetes or Hypertension along with it. On an average the time period to go from stage 3 to Stage 5 and ESRD is around 3-5 years...But it really depends on how much the diabetes or blood pressure ( which ever is the precipitating factor for CKD)...
