Baloo is right :) what I said above is just my personality showing... i like to be ready for anything and if securing the medical certificate and bringing it with me to the DMP won't be such a burden, i would do it.

also, the nearest DMP is about 2.5 hours commute from where I live that's why I made sure I had everything they might need with me when I went to have the medical exam done. I brought records of hospitalization, immunization record of my daughter, some the DMP just read and gave back to me, the imuunization she took a copy. I even brought extra photos! That's how bad my OCD is :p LOL
