Is it possible for us to submit all of the paperwork while I am already in Canada, just file as outland? Can I do my background check and medical examination in Canada, or do I need to go home and do that before we submit the papers and then just come back to visit?

I think from what I have been told, and what my boyfriend and I want to happen we are going to apply inland. I won't be needing to leave Canada for anything, and that will make sure I can stay while we wait. :D
