    Hi Cherrynoir - I've applied thru' my employer and in turn my employer engaged some attorney to interact with Consulate while filed my application. I've contacted my employer few days back, go response as "In Process". I am advised, not to contact consulate directly. So keeping my fingers...

    Hi - I applied for my work permit under Intra company transfer through my employer, no LMO required. It was on Dec 14, i am celebrating completion of 2 months with no response along with Valentine's Day! ;D
