I would suggest to contact their Mp rite away, as they are the only who can contact ndvo the fastest. I had the similar problem I missed the ppr, but contacted mp rite away she had contacted ndvo they sent and email back requesting pp within 4 days also they had asked me to take a copy of that...

I think mp gives, right information, im mean im speaking for my self, I have had good experience with it. I mean some ppl didn't get a good response from them. But mp do tell us that you need to wait for 12 months processing time to be over, so they can make and inquiry to ndvo.
