Let's look at it this way: if youre inside Canada and you already completed your required 2years work experience, and you submitted your hccp/hswp 2nd stage application in 2020, then the next thing should be for ircc to grant your permanent residence, there's no need for a "special policy"...

Parts of the policy talks about dependents in Canada already, maybe the policy is for applicants in Canada already, But there was no mention of the required 2years in Canada work experience..just candidates who "meet the eligibility"

I think the main issue here are applicants from 2020 who were not processed at all, no aor till 2021 Many 2019 applicants got aor, biometrics and even medicals passed.

The work permits (and open work permit holder fees) are temporary residence fees, if you're paying for student visa or temporary residence visa for your children, those are temporary residence fees too. You need to pay the permanent residence fees, temporary residence fees and biometrics fees

As from the 3rd of May till the end of June 2021, at least 1,500 caregivers who need to get work permits to come to Canada to work under the HSWP or HCCP will be approved and given work permits...

Today is the 3rd of May 2021, the day the new ircc policy on fast tracking 1,500 first stage HCCP/HSWP applications to completion or work permit issuance. Have you heard anything new on your application since the 3rd of May 2021?

If you already have temporary file number, maybe you should send the photos with correct specifications by webform to them...that's the best you can do now. If they have any further instructions, they will let you know. The temporary file number is to acknowledge receipt of your application...

Have you found a new employer now? If you have, just have the new employer fill out the offer of employment form, then wait for your temporary file number from ircc. When you get the number, send your new offer of employment by webform using your temporary file number
