Today is the 3rd of May 2021, the day the new ircc policy on fast tracking 1,500 first stage HCCP/HSWP applications to completion or work permit issuance.
Have you heard anything new on your application since the 3rd of May 2021?

Can you please advise what does this mean?

As from the 3rd of May till the end of June 2021, at least 1,500 caregivers who need to get work permits to come to Canada to work under the HSWP or HCCP will be approved and given work permits.

oh thats great.. Good to know.
Do you know if they will consider first come first, like application received basis.
Example : They may consider March applications prior to April applications????

Is that so?

I think the policy is about the whole backlog in general which means they will complete the first 1500 applications (which will definitely have some from 2019 and rest from early 2020).
