IS FP request mandatory for everyone or only selected people?

I've called up agent now and asked for security and criminality. He told me that security is completed and I will receive a FP request in the next 5 days. Not sure why i am receiving it because my last FP's was given in 2022 (which means within 10 years period) and again i am receiving this...

I found for many people once the BG is complete, then received the test invite. In some of the cases including me BG is still in progress but received the test invite and completed. Any idea on this?

My test result updated in the portal today and citizenship test section is completed, rest all in progress

I got my test invite 2 weeks ago, I did not notice it. I have another two weeks to finish. Could you please let me know any best resources to study and pass the exam?
