Hi Soby, CHC sent my PPR to my consultant by email by the end of March'11. They missed it and did not communicate it to me. CHC again sent the PPR to me by email when I enquired about this with them in end of June'11, granting an extension. So, ya in short, for me, the PPR was by email. Regards

Drop an email to Sydney VO. Request them about the status and say that you are not sure if you missed the PPR email. Kindly confirm. This might trigger your PPR. All the best!

From which email ID did you receive the PPR request?

Maybe you missed your email. Why don't you try calling and finding if PPR has been issued. There was a similar case where no email received and no status update in account but when he called CIC he has already been issued PPR.
