Hello! Going through all these chats gives me so much anxiety. Me and my spouse currently live in the US. We sent out passports and it was delivered March 12 since then no update. With the whole craziness happening in the US it's really not safe to be in the country without a passport. Please kindly reply if you're in the same boat as me to make me feel better.
HI @xhxixffxy247 I am in the same boat as you. Passport delivered around March 18,2025 and no update since then. Passport was UPS'd from usa to COPC. Kindly keep me updated on your case too
hello @oladenstron nice to hear from someone. Fortunately I got an update yesterday that our passport photos did not meet requirements so we had to take new photos from another professional photographer yesterday who specializes on canada passport photos. We sent it out yesterday and it arrived 11am today. Hopefully we get another update soon. Keep me posted if you hear anything as well.HI @xhxixffxy247 I am in the same boat as you. Hi @xhxixffxy247 . Seems like I might get that email soon too since you are 6 days ahead of me, can you guide me in what changes did they ask for in photos, and which ones had you sent previously etc? Let me know

Honestly I really don't know what we did wrong the last time. We took the photos at Walgreens but for some reason it wasn't accepted. Hopefully they accept it this time. If you followed the photo submission instructions on IRCC website you might not get the email.Hi @xhxixffxy247 . I used a professional photographer this time. I live in Pittsburgh PA. If you end up getting the email just look for a professional photographer in your local area that specializes on something taking canada IRCC photos or that have taken such photos in the past.Thanks @xhxixffxy247 I also used Walgreens . are you going to be using a different photographer now? Hello! Hang in there. They'll get to you in no time. I submitted on March 12. I got an email to resubmit photos on Wednesday. I took new photos immediately and sent it to them to arrive the next day. No update yet on my GC key as well.Hi, I submitted my passport to cpco Ottawa from US on April 1st. Signed by R Rozie. Any idea when I can expect the passport back? So far no updates in gckey or tracker.
