Its weird I been "approved in gckey already, got the counterfoil, and my application was closed in tracker" then i got this email that i promptly replied to and its been crickets since. Not sure who i can reach out to about this since i already replied multiple times to the main email without response@Happycare

even after submitting passport the background check was still going on i believe
But later on in my gc key the status has changed to approved but still waiting for my passport
Yes it was stamped mine is the same as yours 100% lol. It really seems that office is slow. did you get any response when emailing the commercial invoice to the cic email that asked you for it? I tried over 5 times now with no response and when i called IRCC i was told to give it a few weeks . I dont think a fedex label is good for that longif the countefoil is gernerated then it means its stamped right ..

It’s like a generic email sent that in case you have canada post label please email a new one and it confused me because i did not send anything with canada postwhen i called ircc they told me something about the strike affecting things . No i did not just a request to provide a commercial invoice but that was almost 2 weeks ago now... not sure if the agent took a vacation or something but webform is useless they just tell me the app is still inprogress when its not. EDIT I am very worried as well i need my passport to do alot of things, banking driving etc etc... Not having it is a huge problem for me
