Did it reach IRCC on 3rd Mar OR VFC on 3rd March. If it reached VFC on 3rd March, then they would have forwarded to IRCC and it takes another day or 2.

no i submitted in person to vfs on 26th feb, i received message that it reached ircc on 3 march
Ok. I suppose there is no other option but to wait. For me too, I got update of despatch for one. For second (self), still waiting update even though both were submitted and reached IRCC on same day.
may i ask when did you submit your passport to vfs (bluedart/inperson) and what was your visa category?
hi, need URGENT advise. My passport reached IRCC on 11th March. I have a flight on 12th April to another destination abroad. If I apply using webform for 'withdrawing or cancelling' my application is it possible to get my passport back faster ( even without Visa)?? I have raised a number of webforms and sent mail to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca but there is no response. Only auto reply . Can anyone suggest a solution. thanks
I am thinking of the same, they do have a withdrawal form but that can only be submitted in person I think. They way they are processing applications it’s 50/50 chance of receiving before 12, it is possible but not likely. Mine is 6 March received and still waiting.

I think you should stay put. 2-3 people who had their passport reach on 4th March got their dispatch message today, going by same, you will likely get your dispatch message by 12th of next week, it is more advisable for you to postpone your trip by 4-5 days if possible. I doubt you will get your passport back any which ways before 15th of April even with a withdrawal form.

I think someone with 4th March passport reached date got the same dispatched today, yours will also probably be dispatched either today/tomorrow going by current timelines.
Yes. I just received counterfoil update. If they dispatch the passport tomorrow that I can catch my flight on 6th.
