Ok. I suppose there is no other option but to wait. For me too, I got update of despatch for one. For second (self), still waiting update even though both were submitted and reached IRCC on same day.

Did it reach IRCC on 3rd Mar OR VFC on 3rd March. If it reached VFC on 3rd March, then they would have forwarded to IRCC and it takes another day or 2.

Got this yesterday (1 Apr) around 4:00 PM IST for both the applications

Further to above, received status update message from IRCC on 1st April. Received message "decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. XXXX has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI" on 2nd April (for 1 out of 2 applications)

It is not necessary to get the medical done before or at the time of application. It can be done upfront, if you want, but it is not necessary. Only health insurance need to be attached at the time of application. Once you submit the application, after around a month or so, IRCC will send...

I understand, once the positive decision is made to grant the VISA, then the stamping process timelines would be same irrespective of the VISA type. So going by current trends, you can expect the feedback form IRCC and VFC during the week starting 14 April.
