My passport was received at the IRCC office on March 4th. I received an email stating that the final decision has been made. The status in the IRCC portal shows 'Approved,' but the counterfoil has not been updated. Can someone please tell me where and how I can check for the counterfoil update ??? and how long does it take to dispatch the passport after the approved email

Mine is same status. My passport also reached IRCC on 4 March and today I got IRCC portal mail saying "We updated your application status " and latest update says "Review of eligibility - April 1, 2025: Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below. But the message under final decision is same as was there on 25 Feb saying "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details", but there are no new messages for me to take any action

My inlaws were out of town for last few days. does this mean they tried to deliver and they werent home so they sent it back? Anyone know?

The blue dart tracking ID says its still at Bluedart Pondicherry. Call them ASAP. Yahan ham log ko koi update nahi mil raha aur aap passport lene ko ready nahin hain.

Ideally, once I have submitted the passport for VISA stamping and expecting the same to be delivered in some days, I would at least not go out of town till I receive the passport back. I am surprised that they travelled out of town even in such situation. Anyways they should now immediately visit VFC office and check if they can get the passport by hand.

Can we check the counterfoil update on new IRCC portal as well or its just the secure portal how can we check ?

counterfoil updated on March 26th evening

anyone whose passport reached 3rd march or before for trv stamping? my passport reached 3rd march and i still didn't get any update. i see a lot of people who already got their passport whose passport reached 3rd/4th march. i am worried, please help me what can i do?
