Yeah Winnipeg is kind of "famous"... Have you called to check which stage you're stuck at?The Winnipeg office is extremely slow! 300 days ago, I submitted my non-ee documents. Eligibility passed, but I am still waiting for a background check!

Hi guys
as my non EE PNP application is still in progress since over a year. my CEC profile expired today. I was trying to create a new profile but I do not get the option of Express Entry after I hit "Apply to come to Canada". When I tried to generate a code using the "come to canada" tool I get the error "You already have an in progress application". I thought I could apply under CEC even if my non EE PNP was in progress. Thats how I made it last year.
Any thoughts/guidance?
I did not receive an AOR letter either, only emails like yours. I printed/saved the entire AOR email as a PDF. I added an explanation letter saying that I didn't receive a letter, but I only received an email with my application number and biometric letter. Combine everything in one PDF file ( AOR email, WP, nomination letter, etc.) and upload them in the client information. One question: When I got the AOR, I received three emails. One was the AOR, the second one had the Biometrics Instruction Letter, and the last one with instructions to link my application to my online account. Now, I want to apply for a bridging open work permit (BOWP), but when I was watching an instructional video about it, the person mentions that in the Optional Documents > Client Information section you attach, along with a valid work permit, a copy of the AOR document. But I only got an email acknowledging that they received my application with no PDF document attached. Is the email good enough to be attached? The video is from a year ago, so I don't know if maybe is just outdated information
Don't know how long it will take . My agent says it could take 7-8 months for medical to be updatedonly got AOR so far
