I mean supposedly I'm Canadian right now, but it sure doesn't feel like it. It feels like I'm an American with a cut-up PR card.
I feel you man. That made me laugh out loud.
Shrug all this off. It will be a memory real soon and not something you're living through.
Soon you’ll be just another American Canadian (officially on an ecertificate) lol

No e-certificate still today (4 business days since oath). Tracker not updated. I called IRCC. They had no record of my emails with the attached oath form, so nobody in Calgary has entered it in the system.

But he did confirm they received the form via the web form I sent, so I am so happy I did that. He said regardless of the email situation, someone should process it via the web form.

He said to call back Friday since that would be after the 5 business day timeframe and they might still be handling it the day after the 5 days. It's nice to be told to call back instead of "everything is fine - just wait".

I then passed the phone to my wife so she could check on her lack of LPP/oath on her application and we were told "everything is fine - just wait 9 months". We asked explicitly about the "it was 6 months; doesn't that apply to us instead of 9" and we were told explicitly "no now it's 9 even for you who applied when it was 6".
We were told that after sending the signed Oath Form it takes 5 business days for the certificate. But we sent the signed forms immediately after the ceremony.

Got the E-certificates today itself.

Try downloading your e-cert now and see. I was able to download mine just now. Oath Calgary on March 27th.
There were issues submitting your form.
Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.

Trust me, I check all the time. Unlike the tracker, I'm aware it can change midday. I set up my password manager to auto-fill the UCI, application #, and birthdate to make it easier for me to check every time.

The email it sends you ever time you login is annoying.

Thank you for letting me know about your availability and oath date. I assume this was a virtual oath?

Are you emailing behind a VPN by chance? The government sites don't play well with VPNs....
No VPN (in USA currently). Tried with VPN. Tried with Canada VPN. Tried from Canada on March 26 and March 27 when physically there.

Also, IRCC (I called) doesn't see that they've entered the emails into GCMS, and those are sent via Gmail, which doesn't use my internet connection to send so it wouldn't be related to VPN or not.

This is so bizarre. Did you try scanning using a traditional scanner vs your phone? This way you cand reduce the dpi to 150 and use the TIF file type. This compresses the size but doesn't alter anything else. Maybe their system doesn't like some compression tools/types.

I scanned with iPhone Notes app and used ilovepdf.com to compress it at "best quality". It opens fine on all my devices, Macs, PCs, iPad, and iPhone.

But they also are ignoring my separate emails when they replied before about the test result. Those emails have no attachment.

I also sent it via web form on March 27, which the contact centre can see. They told me to call Friday if I don't have an e-certificate. I don't know what they plan to do. Maybe send an internal message or something.

I'm supposedly Canadian, but I can't vote and I can't apply for a passport, and I have no PR card. This feels pretty fucked up, to be honest.
