Likely all who applied close to your application date of them unless they’ve been denied. The posted processing times are not guaranteed but do give you some idea. Although difficult to wait you are not close to processing time so not surprising you haven’t heard anything. Would suggest posting under Quebec immigration thread for Quebec applications.
Could you share the link please ?

Do you remember when you requested each of the GCMS notes? Was there any progress especially for the last one ?
GCMS notes are unlikely to show you anything given processing times in Quebec. If anything not hearing anything is better than a quick denial given this is your second application. When you get closer to posted processing time or processing time based on other Quebec applicant ordering GCMS notes may provide more information although typically not a lot of information that actually makes a huge difference when it comes to processing or even timelines these days. With basic info from your account and comparing to others applying from Quebec likely gives you most of the valuable information.

Hi guys. I tried to check the H&C Portal & it shows as submitted, however I have already submitted my biometrics. I could lot of ppl here say some of the stages like criminality,Background check,Medicals, etc. where should we check all that? Will this be visible only after receiving AIP?

Looks like you only very recently applied. There is unlikely to be any progress in your file for over a year and could be closer to 2 years before your file gets assigned to an agent. You should be able to see all the stages of processing online you don’t have to wait for AIP. There is a high possibility there may be reforms to the H&C program given the large volume of applicants applying with a small quota that is scheduled to get smaller every year. If possible I would be working towards other programs while waiting for your H&C to be processed.

@canuck78 does it what they supposed to do right now? Before doing all other assessments they should check someone’s eligibility and do the rest later. This more makes sense for them to reduce backlog as well. Can you please validate if I am not wrong.

How did you know that eligibility has started?. If through automated phone system, then it is unreliable. Eligibility review is usually later step after background check and if you pass eligibility AIP will be issued. There have few cases where eligibility is started earlier; these case are those who have been identified for priority processing. Looking at current delays in processing and volume of applicants, eligibility will likely start when application is at 15-18 months.

It's through automated phone system, I called they said we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements...
And stated date application was received as Feb 24 2025 which is accurate
Probably wrong information from them! On eligibility review
