Our backgrounds are completed (no FP request) but we also did the test on 7 March, and it's not completed yet on the tracker.
I REALLY wanted to vote in this election, but if it's happening on April 28, that might not happen. Bummer.
I just got an updated for the test today! It shows completed!Is your test updated / validated on tracker yet? I have the same test office and I had the same test window as you i.e. March 14 to April 12. I did the test on March 15
but my tracker still says "waiting on you"

Will there be any influence of the election call for on the citizenship programs and its progress?
I don't understand, I took the test on March 9th, and there is still nothing on my tracker. My processing office is Vancouver, so maybe that is the reason why the movement is slow. I have seen cases where the test will get updated right after the end of the test window - irrespective of when you took the test. I am wondering in that case do LPP checks run in parallel and also get updated quickly after the test is updated on the tracker?
Yeah I feel the same. It would have been nice to have that opportunity to vote. Anyways it is what it is.
In my case I had a FP request so it will be a really nice surprise though if I get to Oath within a month.

I do have same timeline as you, between two to three weeks for LPP to be completevhopefully
