- Applied for Permanent Residency -August 24,2023
- AOR - January 4th ,2024
- Biometric- January 18th, 2024
- Pre Arrival - October 25th, 2024
- Eligibility letter- October 29, 2024

idk about pilot programs but a lot of people here with regular applications have received their ecoprs in 25-27 months which puts them in regular processing time while there are some that wait for way longer.
