Unless there is a new pilot program I am not aware you aren’t being processed via a pilot program.

I applied PR in march 2024 and i received letter pilot project in May 2024. No news yet

Many. Reduces yearly quotas for PRs means everyone will be waiting longer.

idk about pilot programs but a lot of people here with regular applications have received their ecoprs in 25-27 months which puts them in regular processing time while there are some that wait for way longer. Again, not everyone.
