would look at 2022 applications. If they aren’t all processed yet they are likely going to be processed first before 2023 applicants.

Maybe because this group applied electrónic more than before. If You applied by paper they have to scan everything.

There isn’t strict chronological processing but this is just the reality of very slow processing and reduced quotas. Most receiving PR recently are still applications from 2022. You likely have a year to go if not longer.

What I see is sometimes people don't send the documents complete. Takes time they check and if You add delayed, longer the wait.
I don't think is chronologic because if they are waiting for your documents, can't stop. Have to keep processing.

This isn’t one case. There are many cases left from 2022 and early 2023 so it’s purely due to processing times and most will not have had to provide additional documentation.

I always think is about the agent too. Some are lazy. So You are lucky if a good one is talking care of your file.

Has nothing to do with the agent or who filed the application. Processing time starts when the application is submitted.
Well this is My opinion and theory. If You know more., please Let's share with us. Because unless You work For immigration, nobody certainly know how it works. Only they know.

You just have to look at this forum to see there are many 2022 applications and earlier 2023 applications have not been approved. It is taking over 2 years for most to land. Given decreased PR quotas and volume of applicants in the queue processing will get slower. It’s simple math.

I check everything day. Don't think I'm stupid.

I also see people with shorter process. Nobody can explain that but it happens.

All we here wish to have a quick process. Or pray For that. So try don't kill our hope. We need it just For to keep going.

Unless they are being processed through a pilot program increased processing times is just the reality protected people are facing when applying for PR. It is better to have a realistic view of processing times.
