My name is Israt chowdhury I came to Canada 2014 along with my family, I had lots of hurdle and long story short we received H&C approval letter on june 2019. Since then I received nothing from immigration. The last communication i had on 2022 was that my file is with HM Montreal office but ever since then no response. I don’t know where to go and what’s my update? We don't have health card neither status which made our life so miserable. How long we have to wait? From 2018 to 2025, it’s been 7 years I filled for H&C. Our tears became dry, I don’t know where to knock as my lawyer says he knocked HM Montreal office several times but no response at all!!! My lawyer is saying I have to appeal at federal court for my status.!! I am confused can someone help me ? Where should I go and what I have to do?

Very confused. What do you mean by getting approval for H&C? If your lawyer is suggesting an appeal that would not make sense if already approved.
I don’t have any GCMS notes. The last update I had on 2019 the approval letter below:

Immigration and Refugee Protection Act;
• You receive a letter asking for a reply within 30 days and do not respond within that period;

These GCMS are extremely stale and it doesn't seem like you know what the delay is. Order your notes again now.
I don’t know what I am waiting for! It’s been 6years I am waiting. I don’t fit to any category of status. I have to apply for my work permit and neither I am entitled to get a health card.
No one here is going to be able to help you with the details you've provided so far and stale email from 2019. Obviously something has delayed the process for you.
Impossible for us to comment on your situation further without knowing what has caused that delay.
Get a better / clearer update from your lawyer. Order your GCMS notes. Or do nothing. Your choice.
Your lawyer does not seem to have a sufficient update, so I would recommend finding a community legal clinic in your area and talk to someone there about your case. In Toronto somewhere like Parkdale Legal Clinic would help https://g.co/kgs/vwFPEy9
As others have said, in the meantime apply for your GCMS notes (https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do) and post it here, this will cost you $5 and give you an update about where your case is stuck.
You should not keep waiting as there must have been some miscommunication in some part of this process. You should talk to to your lawyer and get a clear picture of what's happening, or talk to another lawyer AND order your GCMS notes.
