No, the chennai VFS would some prep work, then it will go to Delhi. I guess all passport stamping goes to Delhi

Submitted new passport and got full validity of the visa. Things I did: 1) informed IRCC about new passport via webform. 2) submitted new passport with old PPR copy after I received response for the webform. No issues faced, got 3 year valid visa on the new passport.

Got my stamped passport back today. Picked up at home on July23, so exactly in 13 days got it back. Work permit. Ict.
