same thing for me.. the last question for number of application it should be 2 as it says with primary applicant. also do with passport number and not place of birth. lastly add a space after family name.. should be done.. good luck

took 54 days for me. you will get a email from IRCC and then you can link your application. make sure to check your spam folder as well regularly. good luck
