Or try a paid app like skype or hushed. I could not find any number so had to pay for the call but was helpful

Try calling again. Sometimes it depends on the agent on call, some are really helpful.

Oooh okayy. If the file is complete, like biometric done and medical pass, and if the elgibility review has started, they usually give a result soon. But cannot say anything these days. Maybe contact IRCC via a webform or call.
