He applied on Nov 2018. And waiting for the mail of notice of appear for the hearing.

My friend has hearing at the end of April.

Sorry to hear that. Let your Laywer check what is the reason of cancelling. Did they cancel before a hearing date for you or this is the first time?

Hope you will get a positive appeal my dear. if deportation happen will they inform your home country that you have refusal refugee claim?

My friend signed the consent form for the virtual hearing and didn’t receive date for hearing and didn’t receive this “intend to proceed “ letter.
