Hi my hearing done last month upto a month no notice I recieved.
Wht I do?
I'm mother with 3minor kids.
I'm really scared I dont want pre removal order .
Wht happen if you get negative decision?
Anyone guide me please
How can I get free legal help ?

You should really wait until you have the decision letter. It sounds like your lawyer thinks it's going to be negative. However that is not confirmed based on what you have said and it's possible the decision could still be an approval. I would recommend waiting until you have the decision letter. This could take a few months.

In terms of free legal help, it will depend on where you are located however pretty much all cities have some sort of free legal advice. I don't know how good this legal advice is and you may be better off paying for better advice if you end up going to appeal.

Anyway, as a first step, I would wait for the letter.

Did you have legal aid for your first application?
 
In my Nod I have got only option to appeal in federal court.
Is that serious?
Or my removal order in effect now?
As I dont want to go on deportation as I have minor kids and my country really bad in accepting this

The removal order will be put on hold if you appeal. Get a lawyer asap and make sure you get the appeal in within the 15 days.

As I'm mother of 3 kids I'm really very upset.
I got lawyer. He will appeal next week.
Just pray for me
 
Hope you will get a positive appeal my dear.
if deportation happen will they inform your home country that you have refusal refugee claim?

Can you apply for humanitarian program ?

You should be able to submit an H&C application. So this was a good question to ask your lawyer.

If you move ahead with an H&C application, you'll want to show that you are financially secure and independent (i.e. you are not relying on government social assistance programs).

Hope your lawyer has a strong immigration/H&C background. Are you married with a spouse? Past posts tell about wanting to bring your husband on visitor visa. If you are married, you aren’t a single mom.
